Dr. Restak is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at George Washington University's School of Medicine and is president of the American Neuropsychiatric Association. Dr. Restak has written more than 18 books on the human brain, two of which were main selections of the book of the month club. His most recent book, The New Brain, guides readers throughout the frontiers of modern brain science and offers cautionary thoughts about the direction of this work.
